      （中央社記者許秩維台北25日電）暑假將至，教育部今天提醒學生，避免過度沉溺3C，使用網路時要注意交友、求職等陷阱，學校也應指導學生建立緊急求助諮詢通訊錄，以便在緊急時能獲援助。

      每年暑假期間，學生常因疏忽發生多起意外憾事，為維護學生暑期活動安全，教育部表示，已彙整暑假期間學生活動安全預防宣導注意事項，並轉知縣（市）政府與各級學校納入家長聯繫函內，提醒家長共同維護學生安全。

      青少年在暑假期間易沉溺網路世界，教育部提醒，學校應加強宣導正確使用網路應有態度與觀念，讓學生瞭解網路交友、求職陷阱、網路不當言論與散播不雅圖（影）片相關刑責，另外使用3C產品（智慧手機、平板電腦等）過久，對身體易造成永久性傷害，希望學生多接近人群、大自然。

      為避免學生遭遇意外事件時，因不知如何求援、向誰求援等情形，而錯失黃金救援時機，教育部表示，各級學校應教育學生，強化學生意外事件臨機應變能力與緊急求助技巧相關事宜，並指導學生建立緊急求助諮詢通訊錄，藉由家屬聯繫函、製作緊急聯絡卡片、手機簡訊群組等，便於學生隨身攜帶與運用，期能在緊急情況下獲得援助。

      教育部表示，「多一分注意，多一分保障」，在暑假期間，國教署24小時校安中心服務專線（04）23302810、23398421也將會同各縣（市）學生校外生活輔導會，為全國學生提供安全事件協助處理。1050625
